How do I log in for the first time?
Log in to ID90 Travel through the Alaska Airlines FLY intranet using your FLY credentials:

Your account is already set up as an Alaska Airlines employee, you just need to access it through the FLY login page.
Once logged in to FLY, you can access ID90 Travel directly from there.

How do I log in after my first visit?
You’ll always log in using your Alaska Airlines FLY credentials.
There are two ways to access ID90 Travel:
- From FLY (recommended):
Log in to the Alaska Airlines intranet and select ID90 Travel, you’ll be signed in automatically. - From the ID90 Travel app or id90travel.com:
Start on the ID90 Travel login page and follow the prompts to sign in through FLY. Enter your Peoplesoft employee number and FLY password to log in.
How do I reset my password?
Password resets must be completed through Alaska Airlines (FLY).
ID90 Travel does not manage login credentials.
Please reset your password through FLY or contact Alaska Airlines for assistance.
Booking & Modifications
How do I book a standby flight?
Search for flights in the app, review availability, and complete your booking.
Use your confirmation code and e-ticket number to complete your listing on the airline’s platform.

How are leisure tickets booked?
Leisure (confirmed) tickets can be booked directly in ID90 Travel.
After booking:
- Seat selection is managed through the operating airline
- Baggage policies and fees are set by the airline
- Check-in instructions are provided by the airline
For the most accurate details, please refer to the operating airline’s website.
How do I modify or cancel a booking?
Modification and cancellation options depend on the airline and ticket type.
- Some tickets cannot be modified and must be canceled and rebooked
Certain airlines (e.g., Volaris) require changes to be handled directly with the airline
Can I change my flight after departure?
No. Once travel has started, changes are not permitted.
You may:
- Cancel remaining segments (if applicable)
- Request a refund for unflown segments (based on fare rules)
- Book a new ticket
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, but timelines can vary by airline and ticket type.
Are convenience fees refundable?
Yes, however
Some bookings are subject to airline-specific rules and cannot be modified or refunded through ID90 Travel.
Common examples include:
- Volaris (Y4):
These tickets are restricted and cannot be modified or canceled through ID90 Travel. Please contact Volaris directly. - United Airlines (UA):
If you were ticketed in a higher cabin (e.g., business class) but accommodated in a lower cabin, you must request a refund directly at united.com/refunds.
Be sure to include details such as:
“Purchased business class but was accommodated in economy.” - Sun Country (SY):
Refunds for past reservations must be handled directly through Sun Country.

Which airlines can I book with?
Access to airlines depends on your employer’s interline agreements. Airlines you are eligible to book through ID90 Travel will be displayed on your flight ticketing search screen.
How do I check in for my flight?
Check-in depends on your ticket type:
- Confirmed tickets: Check in directly with the airline
- Standby tickets: Complete your listing on the airline’s platform

What is Give Access?
Give Access lets eligible travelers (18+) book their own standby flights, so you can stop being the go-to travel agent for family and friends.
How do I give someone access?
It only takes a few steps:
- Go to your Profile
- Select Eligible Travelers
- Enter your traveler’s email address
That’s it—they’ll receive an email with instructions to access ID90 Travel and book their own trips.
Why can’t I book certain airlines?
This may be due to:
- Probation periods
- Airline-specific eligibility rules
- Interline agreement restrictions
Are travel companions eligible on all airlines?
No. Travel companion eligibility varies by airline and is based on interline agreements and carrier rules.
Some airlines have additional restrictions. For example:
- United Airlines (UA): Travel companions must be accompanied by the employee

Are infants eligible for standby travel?
