About 15 mins walk to city centre and 10 mins walk to the university. At the beginning I was bit worried about the street noise outside and a bar around the corner, but the window is very soundproofing so I have no problem with sleeping. Staff is very warm and helpful. I would recommend it if you have a work trip to the university. all good comfortable stay
