The location was good, property manager was sweet and helpful. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, and room did not have towels or floor mat in the bathroom. Once we asked for them, they did deliver them but would have been nice to have from the start. Pleasant

The house is very nice and high-end, it really is a palazzo! Also, the lobby/ breakfast room and terrace are very nice. The room itself is nicely furnished and has an okay size, the bathroom facilities are not the most modern but definitely good enough. AC saved our lives at around 30 degrees! The aesthetic’s of the hotel are lovely. Rooms are large and airy, and well situated. The bed in our room was awful. The bed was two single mattresses that were NOT comfortable at all, you would roll into the middle. It is a shame that such an important item was overlooked.
