It was old and authentic but super clean! No spiders, not even in the toilet which is a big no no for me. The staff was out of their way kind! They offered to drive us for free to and from station and they helped us in any way they could! Super recommend this place! The onsen, specially the one outside, so wonderful! Nothing, everything was good! Exceptional
