Everything You Need to Know About Siesta Key Drum Circle

Watch the sun set in a festival-like setting at one of the largest drum circles in the country. The Siesta Key Drum Circle is a popular tradition that attracts locals and tourists alike. Hundreds of participants and onlookers sit in a circle drumming and watching while others dance in the circle on Siesta Beach. Drum circle regulars perform with hula hoops, costumes, etc. You may even see a belly dancer or juggler. Come and enjoy a beach sunset with an eclectic crowd!

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in the fun.

A free event at sunset! The drum circle is a family fun event. Bring beach chairs or a blanket and plan on arriving a little early as the parking lot can fill up quickly.

The drum circle takes place each Sunday year-round about an hour before sunset on Siesta Beach just south of the main Siesta Beach pavilion between lifeguard stands 3 and 4.

The Siesta Key Drum Circle gathers on the public beach, to the left of the concession stand.
